• Quick response email helpdesk between 11am & 4pm daily during the working week. Portfolio Settlements aim to reply to queries within the hour. More complicated questions may take a little longer, though never more than 24 hours

• Your own personal contact at the firm.

We intend to devote an hour of our time everyday to answering legal queries through email without charge.

This will purely be on a trial basis as we are unsure of the volume of queries that may be raised. We will try to answer queries within 24 hours. However the answers will have to be limited to a half page response. The answers are intended to be a preliminary advice only and may not fully answer all the issues raised. The answers are intended more as a guide to matters that need to be considered in solving a particular legal issue.
