We intend to devote an hour of our time everyday to answering legal queries through email without charge.

This will purely be on a trial basis as we are unsure of the volume of queries that may be raised. We will try to answer queries within 24 hours. However the answers will have to be limited to a half page response. The answers are intended to be a preliminary advice only and may not fully answer all the issues raised. The answers are intended more as a guide to matters that need to be considered in solving a particular legal issue.

NOTE:

*Concessional rate applies when the Buyer will reside (up to $200,00).

*To claim First Home Owner Exemption of stamp duty you must have received approval for your First Home Owners Grant from the State Revenue Department and you must supply the application approval number to your Settlement Agent.

*Buyers purchasing vacant land and claiming exemption from stamp duty must have a building contract in place.
